What I’m doing now
This is my now page, inspired by Derek Sivers and Niklas Steenfatt.
Updated on September 18th, 2025, from Munich in Germany.
Priorities:
Finding a Master's Thesis that suits my expectations.
After finishing different projects which just came along, I am striving for finding a Master's Thesis, which is designed in a way to form me as a future scientist. Going on a measurement campaign and getting some hands-on experience with optical measurement devices would be a perfect shot to go along with.
Going abroad.
I am looking forward to living and studying in Stockholm in 2026. To prepare myself for the semester abroad, Iam trying to get in touch with the Swedish language and culture. The A2 language course I am currently attending is part of this preparation.
Becoming an engineer/ scientist for environmental sensing.
Although biomedical engineering is still one of my major interests, I am intensifying my efforts to become an expert in environmental sensing and measurement technologies. It is important to me to not only develop the necessary technology, but to conduct experiments independently.
Spending more time on diverse hobbies.
Studying and striving for scientific goals leaves less space for other hobbies. I’m trying to pursue my diverse interests in other subjects and spend more time with music, fitness, and social life.
This page not only presents my current priorities and topics of interest, but is somehow a commitment and causes accountability, which is of great importance to me.
Values:
Be more pragmatic
Think independently
Green transition is the defining oppertunity of my generation
Don’t optimize life too much
Be open to reconsider or discard personal beliefs
